To provide, organize and promote community based recreation and leisure activities in accordance with the needs of the Forest Hill community.

- Currently over 3,000 families participate in FHRC programs
- All volunteer community organization
- 501 C3 non-profit corporation
- Officers include a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and 5 At-Large Board Members, as well as the Immediate Past President
